Fill out your commission form
This form provides me with the information we need to give you the best service possible. It can be filled in and emailed back, or your responses can be typed into an email and sent back to us.

Receive your quote
After you have sent your form in and we have discussed anything extra, you will receive a quote. We will then require a 50% deposit before beginning your piece.

Get excited
The excitement is really building now! Don’t worry though—your watercolour commission will be ready in just 3–5 weeks, and we promise it’ll be so worth the wait. If you’ve chosen oil, that magic takes a little longer (about 2–4 months), since each layer needs time to dry - but that’s what gives the piece its beautiful finish..
Pay your dues
Once you have paid the remainder of your total sum, your artwork will be sent to you, rolled up safely in a strong postal tube. Please provide a proof of payment to thefloracollection@gmail.com

Approve your art
If you opt-in for updates, you will have the ability to make changes throughout. You will have 12 hours after an update to make a change otherwise we will continue to create. If you do not choose this option, you will have two opportunities to revise before the piece is sent to you

I’m grateful to create for collectors both here in South Africa and around the world. To keep things fair across currencies, I maintain two separate price lists: one in ZAR (rand) for local clients, and one in EUR/USD for international clients.
This ensures my work remains accessible locally, while being fairly valued internationally.

Package 1: Pet Portrait
It’s time to show our loyal companions how much they really mean to us - by placing a hand-painted portrait of them above the fireplace! The dogs will love the attention and the cats will pretend they don’t. Have a different type of pet? No worries, we can paint them too!
Our pets are like family to us - and we know every little detail of their furry little faces. That is why it is extremely important to send us a high quality reference picture. It is our job to create a painting that REALLY looks like your pet, and low quality photos hide all of the little things that make them special.

Clear and visible eyes (i.e. I need to be able to see the pupils and the colour of the iris)

Good lighting tip: take your picture outdoors, the natural light of the sun will create some beautiful contrast
