  • You may not use my products for illegal purposes.

  • Prices, product descriptions, and availability may change without notice.

  • I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

  • All content (art, designs, images) on this site is the property of The Flora Collection and may not be copied or used without permission.

2. Privacy Policy

I respect your privacy and am committed to protecting your personal information.

  • What I collect: I collect your name, email, shipping address, and payment details to process orders.

  • How I use it: Your information is used only for order processing, customer support, and marketing (if you opt in).

  • Third-party services: Payments are securely processed via iKhokha, PayPal or Paystack. I do not store your credit card details.

  • Your rights: You can request access to your personal data or ask for its removal at any time.

3. Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 5 business days.

  • Shipping Times:

    • South Africa: 1 - 3 business days

    • International: 1 - 3 weeks (depending on location)

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order is shipped.

  • Delays: Shipping delays caused by customs, weather, or courier issues are beyond our control.

4. Refund & Return Policy

I want you to love your order! If you are unsatisfied, please review my return policy below:

  • Returns: Accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging.

  • Refunds: Once I receive the returned item, I will process your refund within 4 business days.

  • Exchanges: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact me within 30 days for a replacement.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized/personalized items are final sale unless defective.
